How to get a card for medical marijuana

DOH is required to provide law enforcement officials with limited access to the Medical Cannabis Registry Program’s database as a tool to safeguard the community against illegal cannabis use and/or illegal cannabis grow sites. If you would like someone to call on your behalf and discuss your registration information over the phone, submit the Verbal Release of Information form (pdf) and we would be happy to accommodate you. We want to get your renewal ID card to you before your current ID card expires. If ontario cannabis stock send your renewal application in late, we may not be able to process it before your expiration date, especially if your application needs to be corrected by you or your medical provider. Send your renewal application in as soon as you are able to, even if it’s late, keeping in mind that your card may have a short lapse.
