Minecraft 117 Java Edition Download

Minecraft 1.17 is a major upgrade that adds lots of new content to Minecraft. You'll see new world generation patterns made with blocks from this update. You will also find new sea mobs, and unique items that enhance interaction with the cubic universe.

The snapshots have not been released yet, as the update has not yet been completed! And this means only one thing - the pre-release content will be even richer. Block of Amethyst

This block is formed in caves and, more specifically, in amethyst Geodes. It can be obtained as a block unlike budding amethyst. Another way to obtain an amethyst brick is to use 4 amethyst pieces. The category of building blocks includes the block of amethyst.

Budding Amethyst

It is a block that is generated in amethyst geodes. On a budding amethyst the buds of different sizes are slowly generated. This block cannot even be mined, even though one uses a tool with Silk Touch. You can't break a budding beethyst. The category of building blocks includes the budding amethyst.

Amethyst Buds

They are small amethyst-colored crystals that form on budding amethyst plants. They come in one of three sizes - small, medium, or large. They can grow gradually from small to medium sized and medium to large sized. Once a large bud appears on an amethyst plant, it grows into a cluster. An amethyst bud can grow either up or sideways on an amethyst blocks. An amethyst block can only be obtained by using a tool with Silk Touch. The amethyst Bud belongs to the category decorative blocks.

Amethyst Cluster

This block is the last stage of large amethyst-bud's growth. Unlike amethyst buds, clusters emit light. An amethyst cluster can grow up and down on an amethyst-block. Deepslate

This block was formed in deep caves. It can be used as an ordinary stone with a variety of textures.

Calcite

It is a stone that has a pearly white texture. Calcite is a medium layer of amethyst geodes.

Tuff

This stone is dark gray in color and is formed in deep caves. This block can be found near amethyst geodes and can change the texture depending on the position. Tuff can be used to build blocks.

This ore is produced at an approximately the same level and in similar quantities as iron ore. Copper ingots, which are produced during smelting, can be used to make copper blocks.

Copper Blocks

One type is a copper block that can be crafted using 4 copper ingots. This block of copper is used for crafting cut copper blocks from the which slabs are made and stairs are made. All copper blocks are oxidized, which changes the texture. You can prevent this by crafting a copper block with honeycomb.

Pointed Dripstone

It is generated in caves and can grow both on the lower and the upper side of a block. If there is a dripstone on the block's upper side, it will be destroyed. However, if there is an animal or other living thing above it, it will be destroyed. The level of damage depends on the height and weight of the dripstone.

Dripstone Block

Generated in certain caves and crafted from 4 pointed dripstones. Dripstone block is a decorative one.

Powder Snow

A new type snow that has a similar texture. Any creature can sink through this block. If you have leather shoes, your character will not sink through powder snow. But if you sit down and put your feet down, any character with leather shoes will sink through. Powder snow can be collected with a bucket. If you remain in the powder snow for too long, the frost effect will appear on the screen and players or mobs will begin to take damage. Skeletons that are trapped in the powder snow will eventually become strays.

Sculk Sensor

You can get such a block only in the creative mode - it cannot be crafted right now. It can be used as a redstone brick or for the construction of some mechanisms.

Tinted Glass

This is a new type of glass that blocks light. It is made of 4 amethyst pieces and a glass block. The block is dropped when extracting tinted glasses. A tool with Silk Touch Enchantment is not required.

Glow Lichen

It can be found in many caves, but it rarely emits any light. You cannot climb on glowlichen, unlike vine. You can obtain it with scissors.

Candle

A candle is made of honeycomb and string. A candle must be lit with a flint-and-steel to get it to light. A candle can be repainted with any color. You can put up to four candles into a single block. But they must be the same color.

New Items

Amethyst Shard

It is extracted from amethyst clusters: when processing 1 cluster, one amethyst shard is dropped; to increase the number of shards, you will need a pickaxe with the fortune enchantment. It is used to make tinted and spyglass.

Spyglass

It is made up of two copper ingots as well as one amethyst crystal shard. It is used to zoom in on various objects from a great distance.

Bundle

It is made up of six rabbit hides, two strings, and can be used to store additional items.
