Minecraft creators continue to be amazed with the things they get working in the sandbox game. It's proved to be a surprisingly robust programming platform, as illustrated by this YouTuber who created a working car in the game. That player is back and this time, they've gone farther.

Crossy Road is a game that lets you play as chickens crossing the road. It could be described as an infinite version of Frogger. You only need to take the chicken to safety but safety isn't a priority. Well, hot off the production line of a working car, Mysticat has now recreated Crossy Read in Minecraft because they're an extremely talented creator, and kind of a show-off (actually we're jealous). News for dummies

Mysticat is back to look over the details on how they do the specifics of this build to provide a glimpse into the process. While they write about this subject frequently, it's amazing to see how creative Minecraft creators are because the complexity of the build is way beyond what your average Minecraft player would believe possible.

The final scene brings it all together with Mysticat inviting friends to play the game. This is where the video shows off just how much fun Crossy Road would be if you were a sadist and didn't need to worry about other players surviving the roads.

It's a great ending, and we're left to think about what Mysticat is going to do next. If it's car-themed again perhaps we'll see a return to the Burnout series.

You can now play with Minecraft mobs that resemble Lego figurines, fight evolving bosses, and simply admire this stunning Star Wars build. Just Another Wordpress Site We're not your dad.
