Members of German Minecraft build group Skyblock Squad have spent a mixed whole of four hundred hours placing together Genshin Impact‘s city of Mondstadt at 1:1 scale. Effectively, really, it’s at an excellent larger 1:1.15 scale, since Minecraft has “limited methods of getting detail into your builds”. Work began in August, so these hours had been spread out over about five months of work.

The build is totally gorgeous, and a number of the more necessary buildings even have full interiors, besides. You can scroll on right down to see a timelapse video of the development, or check out extra photographs at Planet Minecraft, where you can also obtain the map to discover it for yourself. This isn’t the primary time we’ve seen Genshin Influence rebuilt in Minecraft. Back in November, we were mighty impressed to see Albedo’s Campsite faithfully recreated - it’s still a unbelievable creation, however perhaps slightly less impressive now that we’ve seen all of Mondstadt recreated within the block-builder.
